CEREC and E4D
We’re pleased to offer CEREC and E4D one-visit crowns to our patients who qualify for a custom-milled restoration. These state-of-the-art computerized systems use 3D imaging technology and custom-milling units to fabricate all-ceramic dental restorations that look, feel, and perform like natural teeth. Dr. Ragnell and our team have undergone extensive CEREC and E4D training to provide this optimal dental solution.
The Process
The process is simple. First, Dr. Ragnell will examine your tooth and determine the necessary treatment, then remove the damaged area and a take a digital photograph. Our computer converts this photo into a 3D image that Dr. Ragnell will use to design your custom restoration. Your crown specifications are then sent to a milling machine that fabricates your custom crown. Once your crown is completed, Dr. Ragnell will permanently bond it in place.
