Welcome to our practice, I am Dr. Cliff Avant. I attended the University of Texas and Texas A & I undergraduate college. I went on to the University of Texas Dental School in Houston to obtain my dental degree. I have attended many continuing education classes over the years all over the world from Florida to Las Vegas to Switzerland. In the ever changing world of this industry it helps me to keep my skills sharpened to be apart of all these amazing groups including, LD Pankey Institute, Dawson Center for Advanced Dentistry, Baylor College of Dentistry, Texas Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry, Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dentistry, and The Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education.

I have also become a Member of several cutting edge associations that keep me informed on all the new technology that keeps my passion stirred. Like most men I enjoy being able to get a new gadget every now and then to keep the practice up to date on the latest and greatest. Memberships include, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Academy of Computerized Dentistry.

When I am not reading a dental book or magazine, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two adult daughters, golfing with friends, and long walks with Sancho my Doberman Pincher.
