Typically, Dr. Ragnell performs root canals in a single office visit. You will need to return for the placement of your custom crown.

Can a root canal save my damaged tooth?
Our preference is always to preserve a natural tooth. A root canal can save a damaged tooth from extraction by eradicating early stage infection and preventing further damage.

Is a root canal painful?
Modern root canal therapy is surprisingly comfortable. Dr. Ragnell uses state-of-the-art tools and techniques to minimize discomfort and make root canal pain a thing of the past. Some patients even fall asleep during the procedure!
